What's New & What's        Happening

During Spring 2025 the following will be happening:

 

Garden service will be calling to keep our gardens tidy.

Gutters around all the blocks will be cleaned. 

Parking spaces will be laid out.

Landscapers are in the process of levelling our pathways and some additional tasks. Please be aware. 

A new Camera (Number plate recognition) are to be installed. This is to ensure non residents will not be parking here again. Please register your visitors registration should they stay more than 4 hours in our parking. This will prevent future problems.

As more activities approach, this is where you will find out about it.

Are pets allowed in the properties?

Pets are allowed in some properties, but restrictions may apply. Please confirm with owner or letting agent.

Please be respectful to all residents. 

Please restrict noice as you would expect others towards yourself.

Please park in a marked parking bay.

Please register your vehicle registration via Contact us. Vechicle reistration and flat number please.

Please note. There are areas with yellow lines. Please use this as overflow parking at night. Move your vehicle as early as possible into an available parking the next morning. This is to avoid difficulty in so far as vehicles wanting to turn around. Delivery vehicles and on refuse collection days. 

Please keep the area clean.

          Park in-appropriatley.

          Leave your bins out on the grass after collection.

          Forget to register your vehicle's registration.

          Park in the way of the refuse vehicles.

          Park in Blue Badge parking without displaying badge.
